Working in small teams, our 3rd & 4th year HR students will create the general outline for programs to be implemented in the future. Students will be developing a comprehensive plan for your team, utilizing current theory and secondary research, to highlight critical content required by your custom training program.

Expected outcomes and deliverables

     1) A needs assessment to determine learning and development objectives and requirements and consists of: (a) an organizational analysis, (b) a task analysis, and (c) a person analysis of the trainee


        2) Design a training and development program including its delivery. This includes: a)Creating training objectives, b) Determining the training content c) Determining the training Methods and d) Determining the learning principles.


       3) Present a plan to evaluate the training. This includes: a) Determining the criteria to be evaluated and b) Determining how to evaluate the design.
