Hi Nikita...great work on the pre-revenue valuation analysis and presentation....a couple of suggestions: (1) Please be sure to review your use of capitalization and spelling as there were multiple errors in your PPT, (2) Spend less time explaining the methodologies and more time presenting how the methodologies are applied to JustTagIt, (3) Be more specific about your assumptions and how you derived them and provide support points, (4) For the Discounted Cash Flow analysis, use the cumulative 3 year revenue in Baseline scenario for each v1 and v2 of the cash flow pro forma and not the medium or high scenarios, (5) Determine the most appropriate revenue-based multiple for SaaS companies based on industry modeling....

Nikita was a very good worker and responded well to feedback during the progress of the project. She is very intelligent and is able to verbalize her questions in a very precise manner. She has a good understanding of the principles of pro formas and was able to work on the task of setting up a generic template that can be used for multiple projects. She has very good communication skills and has the ability to take information and incorporate it into outputs. Her contribution to the task was very helpful and she is orderly and prompt.
